Clinic cost is $595 (must be paid in full to reserve your spot - no deposits accepted)

Students are responsible for stalls, RV and lodging!

• Shavings – One bag included $9 per bag - NO Outside shavings allowed
• RV - $25 per night

There are plenty of stalls available!

Clinic starts at 1pm on Thursday July 15th

Prior to your evaluation, you need to fill out your paperwork. Velvet & Charmayne will have the

paperwork at the arena around 12:30. Allow enough time before your evaluation to fill out the

paperwork and get your horse saddled and warmed up. Please bring your paperwork with you to

your evaluation.

Approximately one week prior to the start of the clinic you will receive an email. In that email will be

information how to download the app to schedule your evaluation time.

Clinic will end after the race on Sunday approximately 11am
